Hi! I’m Michelle, Registered Dietitian, Certified Personal Trainer and creator of Simply Intuitive. After supporting many individuals through journeys of overcoming disordered eating and finding a sustainable and enjoyable approach to wellness , I have learned what works and what doesn’t when trying to break free from rules while still prioritizing feeling great! I help clients tap into what really matters and discover their unique motivation and goals in order to make change that aligns with what YOU want in your life.

Any life change requires some system change to keep it going. We will discuss habits in your life and take stock of what’s working and what’s not. A lot of what we have gone through in nutrition and fitness will become new habits and we need to support those to keep them going!

By this time, you’ve learned a lot and likely implemented changes. The time you spend in this course is so exciting and full of change, but then we also want to prepare for changes and things that might push you (temporarily!) away from your goals. The more we prepare for the stuff that comes up in life, the more you will be able to maintain the lifestyle that feels good throughout any changes and challenges!

Since working with Michelle my life has changed dramatically. I did not realize the toll that constant food anxiety/fears took on my mental health…I have gained so much confidence. I trust myself to make food choices throughout the day. I trust myself in public situations with food. I no longer fear going out to eat or social gatherings with food. I don’t worry anymore that I’m going to overeat and feel ill, or that I’m going to undereat and feel nauseous, anxious, light-headed, sweaty. I trust myself to cook and bake foods I enjoy.

I would estimate that my stress and anxiety surrounding food has gone from a 10 to a 2…..I was routinely eating to a point of uncomfortable fullness before seeing Michelle. I was also finding myself very hungry before taking time to eat. Those two sensations are almost non-existent now. Who is this program for? 

If you want to stop dieting, feel confident in knowing how to prioritize your health, love your movement routine, stop stressing about weight, and have an overall healthy life that is still FUN - then this is your group!

Who is this program not for?

If you are currently struggling with an eating disorder, have been recommended residential or other eating disorder treatment, this group is probably not a fit at this time. After treatment, you can absolutely circle back to it! This group is also not for someone looking for a quick fix weight loss program, or anyone not open to putting some time and energy into trying a new health approach.

What if I want to lose weight?

While numbers are not the main focus of the program, health is! If your body is above the weight that is best for you, you may likely lose weight by adjusting your habits based on what we work on in this group. Weight loss is not a guarantee, but we will dive deep into the even more valuable work of stopping weight cycling and feeling more confident in your body at the size that’s right for you.

How much support will I have?

You will have access to weekly live calls with Michelle and the group, and you will also have a private slack channel with only group members (and Michelle) so that you can be connected at ALL times during the program for support!
