I'm a Registered Dietitian, Certified Personal Trainer, and yoga teacher here to help you feel energized and strong, crave veggies and exercise, and confidently include rest days and pizza dinners without fearing loss of control.
In my practice, I approach health and nutrition from a holistic and intuitive perspective. I help clients who have a history of chronic dieting, who struggle with staying motivated to maintain their health, or who simply are stuck feeling ‘gross’ and hating their body because taking care of themselves feels like a chore. If you want to work on improving your health from an Intuitive Eating lens, I’m your gal!
I graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with my Masters in Public Health with RD training. Since becoming a dietitian, I have worked in residential eating disorder treatment centers, partial hospitalization programs and intensive outpatient level treatment. I have also worked in outpatient practices before ultimately starting my own private practice. All of these experiences have provided valuable insight into treating clients from an eating disorder informed lens and understanding what really helps people heal their relationship with food to find sustainable health practices. In my outpatient practice, I love to help clients apply the work of intuitive eating to their day to day lives. We also work through body image concerns and exercising from a place of enjoyment.
I graduated from Hunter College with my Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics. In school, I focused my studies on relative energy deficiency in sport (RED-S). I am passionate about helping athletic individuals find their optimal fueling strategy to feel strong and energized! As a recreational runner and spin class aficionado, I’m always testing out the latest research to my own fueling strategies. By combining both intuitive eating and sports nutrition, my approach to nutrition strives to help clients feel their best both physically and mentally!
I graduated from Hunter College with my Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. With internship experience in a private practice focusing on eating disorders, and post-graduate experience as a clinical dietitian in a residential rehab facility, I have gained valuable experience helping clients improve their overall health and relationship with food. As a registered dietitian and personal trainer, I am passionate about helping others find balance between food, exercise, and overall wellness. Through an intuitive eating approach, I provide personalized and compassionate support to clients and help them discover the tools necessary to reach their nutrition and fitness goals in a balanced and healthy way.
