see what i offer

In my practice, I approach health and nutrition from a holistic and intuitive perspective. I help clients who have a history of chronic dieting, who struggle with staying motivated to maintain their health, or who simply are stuck feeling ‘gross’ and hating their body because taking care of themselves feels like a chore. If you want to work on improving your health from an Intuitive Eating lens, I’m your gal!

MY APPROACH

I graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with my Masters in Public Health with RD training. Since becoming a dietitian, I have worked in residential eating disorder treatment centers, partial hospitalization programs and intensive outpatient level treatment. I have also worked in outpatient practices before ultimately starting my own private practice. All of these experiences have provided valuable insight into treating clients from an eating disorder informed lens and understanding what really helps people heal their relationship with food to find sustainable health practices. In my outpatient practice, I love to help clients apply the work of intuitive eating to their day to day lives. We also work through body image concerns and exercising from a place of enjoyment.

Here’s how I can help

I earned my Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Metropolitan State University of Denver and have experience working with clients in outpatient community settings, including the WIC program and a food access organization. In addition to MPN, I currently work part-time as a Clinical Dietitian at a Level I trauma center, where I support patients with tailored nutrition plans and collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize their care.

In addition to my professional work, my passion for nutrition is deeply connected to my love for the outdoors, which was sparked while thru-hiking the Appalachian Trail. Now based in Colorado, I continue to enjoy hiking with my husband and our dog. I believe that combining mindful nutrition and movement in nature promotes a balanced and fulfilling life. My approach focuses on intuitive eating and sustainable lifestyle practices that are personalized for each individual, helping them thrive both physically and mentally.
