Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen banana slices
  • 1 cup spinach loosely packed
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder I used Vega brand
  • 1 cup milk milk of your choice (I used oat milk)

Instructions
 

  • place all ingredients in a blender
  • blend on medium or high speed until smooth
